Lella is a frequent speaker & thought leader for the United Nations & partner agencies where she champions the importance of youth inclusion in working towards achieving the UN Global Goals in a digital-by-default era. Notable interventions include:

& other intergenerational & intersectional dialogues, bringing her alongside global leaders across industry, government & academia, highlighting the importance of digital transformation and innovation for the many & not just the fortunate few.


With over 20 livestreams, 50 guest speakers & a global audience of 1000s - Lella hosted StudEntX: for, with & by students, a bi-weekly series of talks focused on the future of work and closing the digital skills gap. All episodes are youth centred for a global audience, interactive, and enabled the discovery of finding a career of purpose and passion.

Talking Tech Podcast

Talking Tech is a series of inspirational and intergenerational dialogues between girls and young women in the technology sector or related fields. The project is run by ITU, UN ICC and the Office of the UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth.

In Lella's episode, she meets fellow ‘anthropologist in tech’ Rebecca Mace to discuss the ethics behind the ongoing digital transformation, remote learning, the future of work & how to "rehumanise the dehumanising elements of tech."
